Chuck Gepper, Homologation Engineer

Chuck has more than 26 years in the engineering field with time spent in material handling systems, large mining machinery and 12 years in the construction equipment business at what is now Komatsu America.

It was at Komatsu's Galion, Ohio facilities that Chuck became involved with the European market's CE Mark requirements as well as the German StVZO road vehicle construction and use regulations.

From there he spent four years as TUV Automotive's rep in North America performing engine certifications, German National Type Approval inspections (StVZO) and miscellaneous automotive and off-highway work.

Chuck is also helping with VCA North America's marketing of Type Approval offerings into areas such as Electric Vehicles, Motor Homes, Ambulances, Armored Vehicles, Agricultural Tractors and R.O.P.S./F.O.P.S. structures.
