Carolyn Rushlow, Marketing & Sales Co-ordinator

Carolyn joined VCA North America in May 2004, bringing 30 years experience in customer service, marketing and sales. Responsibilities at VCA North America include sales and marketing activities for all VCA NA services, including the development of the marketing and sales planwith HQ, maintenance of the prospects database, arranging sales calls, co-ordinating and attending trade shows and the preparation of quotes to potential clients. Carolyn attended Jackson Community College, Jackson MI and she is currently enrolled in the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate Program at Eastern Michigan University - Center for Quality.
