Rob Seiter - Type Approval Engineer

Rob Seiter joined the VCANA staff in March, 2007, following a 35 year career at Ford Motor Company. SAE Certified Power witness tests are his first responsibility at VCANA. While at Ford, Rob worked in the areas of engine design, development, testing, and calibration. Specific assignments included a year at Ford of Britain, supervisory role in dynamometer testing, and for the last 15 years worked to take FFV (Flexible Fuel Vehicle) plus engine alcohol fuel technology from research to full production. Rob holds a BSME from the University of Michigan, MSME from Wayne State University, and a Professional Engineer license-certificate.
