Loida Balilo, MSC Administrator

Loida came to VCA North America in 2001 with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. She has greatly contributed to the Management System Certification Department concentrating on increased efficiency and effectiveness. With over 20 years experience, Loida has worked with a number of companies including Technicolor, Lumonics, D.O.C., and Adistra.

Loida has an outstanding personality, extraordinary customer service skills and facilitates the flow of information between auditors, the office and our clients. Loida is an integral part of the VCA Team ensuring the expedient delivery of requirements.

She attended data processing courses at Angeles University in the Philipines.
