Laura Rhodes, MSC Administration Manager

Laura started with VCA North America in 1999 as administrative support for Quality and Environmental Management System activities. Laura's 10+ years of experience make her a valuable asset to VCA. Laura is constantly looking for ways to improve the function of the office through facilitating change. Her outstanding personality, diligent work ethic and drive for increased efficiency, through continuous improvement, consistently expedite the flow of information. Laura is an integral part of the VCA team and acts as the link between our clients, program managers, auditors and our Bristol office.

Laura has worked with a number of companies including Plasticpak, NYX and Alexis, and has held positions in a variety of sectors including human resources, compensation claims, plastic extrusion and automotive quality. Laura has also obtained her Automotive Internal Auditor Certificate.
