Ann Holt, Type Approval Administration Manager

Ann is the hub of the Type Approval activities in the North American office. Ann started with VCA North America in 1995 providing administrative support to entire organization. Her many responsibilities include maintaining schedules of Engineers, processing of paperwork applications, checking engineer's reports/approvals, document control, invoicing and finances.

Ann has over 15 years experience in customer service and support. Ann encourages the team to strive for continuous improvement and maintains organization within the department. She is an integral part of the VCA team and a crucial link between clients and Type Approval Engineers.
