VCA North America are pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) to conduct combined simultaneous audits to ISO 9001 and assessments to ISO 17025.
The agreement will provide an efficient, cost-effective and value-added service for clients by reducing travel costs and the disruption to business caused by separate assessments. The strengthened process will provide clients with more opportunities for continual improvement and ultimately improve customer satisfaction.
